Accountants for
e-commerce sellers
Marketplace fees, multi-channel sales and VAT rules that change by platform. We keep online sellers compliant and profitable.
From messy settlements to real numbers
The pipeline we run for every store, every month.
Connect every channel
Marketplace settlement reports feed your cloud bookkeeping automatically, fees and refunds included, not just the lump sums hitting your bank.
Reconcile and categorise
We match every payout to its orders, split marketplace-collected VAT correctly, and keep inventory and cost of goods where they belong.
See true profit per channel
You learn what each platform actually makes you after fees and advertising, and your VAT returns file cleanly every quarter.
Thresholds that catch sellers out
Built for how online selling actually works
Selling on Amazon, Shopify, eBay or Etsy creates accounting problems most high-street accountants never see: settlement reports that do not match your bank, marketplace-collected VAT, inventory tied up in fulfilment centres.
- Settlement reconciliation for every channel you sell on
- VAT advice for marketplace-collected and cross-border sales
- True profitability per channel after fees and advertising
- Inventory and cost-of-goods accounting done correctly
Why sellers choose us
Online seller questions, answered
More questions? See our full FAQ for answers on tax, VAT and running a business.
Do I need to register for VAT as an online seller?
You must register once taxable turnover passes £90,000 in a rolling 12 months, see our VAT registration guide for the detail. Marketplace and overseas rules can also trigger earlier obligations. We monitor this for you and handle registration at the right time.
Amazon already collects VAT on some sales. Do I still file returns?
Usually yes. Marketplace-collected VAT changes what goes on your return, not whether you file. We prepare returns that treat marketplace and direct sales correctly.
Can you work with my existing tools?
Yes. We work with Xero, QuickBooks and FreeAgent, plus connector tools that pull in marketplace settlements accurately.
I sell as a hobby that grew. Am I in trouble?
Almost certainly not, but you may need to register with HMRC and catch up on returns. We handle late registrations and catch-up work regularly, without judgement.
