How quickly can you take me on?

Usually within 1–2 weeks of our initial call. We handle all the onboarding — including contacting your previous accountant if you're switching.

Do I need to come to an office?

No. We work 100% remotely. Everything is handled online and by phone — at a time that suits you.

How do fees work?

All fees are fixed and agreed before we start. Most clients pay a single monthly direct debit covering all their accounting needs.

Can I switch from my current accountant?

Yes — and it's simpler than you might think. We handle the professional clearance process and liaise with your previous accountant on your behalf.
